Whether you are seeking massage therapy treatment for a specific condition, as part of a regular health maintenance plan, or you are simply looking to relax, I will assess your needs and make suggestions for treatment to help you reach your goal.
My interest in the human body and how it moves began as a youth involved in sport, particularly as a gymnast. I developed a further interest in ergonomics and the biomechanics of movement while completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical concerns including postural imbalances, muscle injury, fibromyalgia, headaches, and stress management since graduating from Algonquin College's Massage Therapy program in 2001 and becoming an RMT.
I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists' of Ontario (CMTO), the profession's regulatory college, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association (RMTAO).
